No. The machine comes with a water tank, so it's completely portable and can be used anywhere. It uses approximately 80-100 liters of water per cleaning cycle.

You can easily fill the machine using a bucket or by connecting a water hose to your water supply. For filling remove the yellow top cover of the machine!

After cleaning, empty the dirty water through the drain hose into a sewer drain. If no drain is available, empty the water into a bucket or container. You can also remove the top cover and bail out the water manually with a bucket.

For optimal results, we recommend Pure-Matic's specially formulated cleaning solution, which is guaranteed safe, provides antibacterial action, and won't harm plastic balls. Always follow the dosage instructions on the container for proper application. Avoid cleaning products that may be dangerous for children! Also avoid cleaning products that produce excessive foam

We manufacture the ball cleaning machine in two electrical variants. Based on the customer's geographical location and local electrical system, you can request equipment suitable for either 110 V or 220–240 V power networks. This means the cleaning machine can be used anywhere in the world where electrical networks have these parameters. In many cases, an adapter is needed to plug into local outlets. We can include a country-specific adapter in the package upon request. The motors that ensure the machine's operation are single-phase, so no 3-phase industrial power is required. The machine arrives fully assembled and ready to use immediately. You simply need to unpack it, fill it with water and cleaning solution, and it's ready to operate.

The Pure-Matic electric ball collector is specifically designed for gathering balls from the floor - efficiently collecting scattered balls from large areas. The Pure-Matic electric ball transporter is designed to transfer balls from one ball pit to another, or from storage areas to ball pits. Both machines make ball pit maintenance easier, but we've optimized them for different functions.

You simply need to adjust the number of wires for different sizes - so one tool can efficiently collect all ball sizes. Due to the  machine's excellent design it requires no mandatory maintenance or servicing. If a malfunction occurs, we provide technical support that enables an even non-technical users to repair the equipment themselves. If self-repair isn't possible, you can ask for local service or send the unit to our manufacturing and development center in Budapest, Hungary for repair.
